Darwin To Saumlaki Yacht Race – September 2019

East Arm Civil are proud to have sponsored the 2019 Darwin to Saumlaki Yacht Race and Rally.

Eight yachts including Kuching (Indonesian Consulate participants), were cheered on by spectators as they set sail in the waters of the Darwin Harbour, bound for the beautiful Tanimbar Islands of Indonesia.

The Darwin to Saumlaki Yacht Race has been running since October 2017.  Saumlaki is the capital city of the group of some 65 islands and is located south of Yamdena in a natural harbour.

Thanks to the Commodore of the Darwin Sailing Club and sponsors such as East Arm Civil, the event will be able to continue for years to come.
